I haven't actually been to the wiki before. I should probably check it out. There is so little english info on this game it'd be nice to see more.

As for the Steam account bug, I actually get it one my friend's computer too. It's different though. On my own computer I only get red error text when I try to edit, but on his the entire connection to Steam shuts down and shoves me into family Share mode if I try to look at a Preview with an image on it. It's strange stuff.

The more I think abou the weird problem you have, I wonder if you have some kind of proxy/web filter/AV program that's getting in the way, since it doesn't appear to be your Steam account itself if you can use it from another computer.
