-1/10 build costs
-little to nothing upgrade costs
-faster energy and mineral regeneration
-1/3 spawntime (one tick per bodypart)
-shorter timers: downgrade, savemode

for testing purposes,
did not know how to get the mod running without publishing it
(konami mod by tedivm is 10x speed in costs, just wanted it faster)

NOTE: at the moment GCL and RCL-progress are not correctly displayed in the UI,
use Game.gcl.level and Game.rooms["roomName"].controller.progressTotal

This still works in the latest update, but it doesn't update the constants seen by user scripts. I suspect this is probably related to the new isolated virtual machine setup.
