Overview / Caveats
Please keep in mind that the blueprint locations that are detailed in this guide are specific to each section's mission. If you happen to miss blueprints from a previous mission, the game will often give you another chance to pick them up in a future mission. However, given that I have no way of knowing which blueprints you have or have not picked up, this walkthrough only covers the locations of the blueprints that you are guaranteed to find regardless of what you did or did not acquire in previous missions.

If you MISSED picking up any blueprints, you can find a full Steam guide here that will show you where you get a second chance to find each one in follow-up missions.

Cheers everyone and enjoy the guide. Please be sure to let me know if you have questions.

EDIT - 2017-01-15
=========================================
- The bug related to Emily's collectible counts has been resolved. As long as you're working off of a saved game for Mission 7 that was started after Game Update 1 dropped. For some reason the fix wasn't retroactive, so it can still be there if you are going back to an old saved game in there.

=========================================
EDIT - 2016-12-07
=========================================
- Updated Mission 05 and Mission 07 descriptions to include the break-out of blueprints specific to playing as Emily and/or Corvo.

@KillThunder!! If you overlook any blueprints in previous missions (i.e. you don't pick them up in the mission they are supposed to be found in) the game will give you an "last chance" opportunity to pick it up in the following mission.

Yeah sorry I was referring to visibility in my response. Not noise. Both of them are the combo for a Stealth based set-up. WIth the addition of how blueprints work with this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcSV7xnfEPY) you can pretty much use them the entire game without having to wait till the end of it. Which IMO is very nice.

There is, actually. The boot stealth upgrade is called "Folded Galvani Resin" and can be found in Mission 08. Unfortunately, it no longer renders you completely silent, but it still drastically reduces the sound you produce while running (or if upgraded, sprinting).

atomwalker... the only upgarde from a strict visibility perspective is the Dual Layered Galvani Weave [Masterwork] blueprint that you can use to pick up the Moth Dust Wrappings in Mission 9.

Do upgrades to boot stealth no longer exist in Dishonored 2? I can't find them anywhere but it appears as if they should be there in the upgrade window.
