Completely CUSTOM ASSET¡¡. Adds a new ploppable skatepark in the park section. 4 color variations for the details.

This asset whas already reupload by N v K Entertainment but for some reason the game failed to load it
so i had to take a look on my backup drive and tada found that is still had this great assets saved on my backup drive

i had to remove the props and made a few change with modtools it whas the only way to get it working
for the rest its 100% the same as Ngon left this assets before removing it from steam
