Description
The mayors of the little towns in Belmont County need your help! Can you convert an absolute traffic nightmare into a fully functioning traffic system including public transport? In order to maintain your job as traffic consultant, you need to transport 1m Cims in 750 weeks, without using the metro. Are you up for the job?

Closer to reality then I realized. I live in Belmont County, Ohio. Just 2 miles from Wheeling WV. Like the scenario the county is made up of small steel towns and rural areas, and its all a traffic nightmare

one of the best mod scenarios! also it made me think. what if you had a game where other towns started in adjacent tiles controlled by AI and you could absorb them if you win a challenge or they absorb you and you lose!

This scenario was such a great way to practice how to use public transportation services to eliminate car traffic. It was funny when my stations had so many people waiting that they started using their pocket cars lol

I've played this multiple times, each as fun as the last. A well thought out and challenging scenario.

Really enjoyed the scenario, and forcing me to think about dissuading travel unless it's via public and yet not via metro. Thanks a lot.
