This addon replaces SCRIPTS (changes the icon)! That means if a server is enforcing consistency, you may get kicked. Disable this mod (and preferrably restart the game) if you have trouble with joining servers.

That also means that you need to subscribe to 1 (one) of the "Required Items" to get the model itself. Do not ignore the window that pops up after you subscribe!
