You find it in the first tab that opens right after pressing and holding Q. Then look on the left side of the page and scroll down until you see addons folder. Once you do, click on it to open it and look for the name of this addon. From there, you'll find it. Hope this helps.

1. Download gm_winter. 2.Weld an airboat seat on top and make the seat invisible via Materials. 3.Apply physical properties - super ice to the sled. 4.Push sled off a slope and jump in the airboat seat. 5. Fun.

Using No Collision to make it more usable.
