-growable (of course)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-3x3 Level 3 high residential cornerbuilding
-1794 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-56 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormaps, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)

Part of my future Euro theme: You will be able to grow a city from small 2 story buildings to big 6 story buildings, all within the high residential zone.
