Opis
Instructions:
Go to keyboard and bind the weapon radial menu.
1 Press the key in game
2 click the sub menu of your choice
3 then choose the option

This is a simpler way to use admin commands.
-For servers with sourcemod.

Sections
-Commands for helping players(!healall).
-Commands vailable to everyone(!rank).
-Commands for changing characters.
Etc...

Ummm how do you bind the key to open the menu
