Modern Warfare Remaster Stutter and fps fix.
By =K-3=
So since this game came out most of us been playing has been having a bit of issues when it comes to gaining a solid fps and some stuttering when playing online.
This guide will show you the best graphical settings for atleast from my perspective and if you dont meet my systems performance you may have to turn it down a bit more to match your system specs.

Settings im using.

Video.
Display mode: Fullscreen.
Resulotion: 1920x1080.
Screen Refresh Rate: 50.00Hz This seems to be the best for me no idea why but it helped alot on both MWR and IW for me.
Fov: Here you can choose whatever you like but i got a more solid FPS when it was maxed out.

Advanced Video.
Sync Every Frame: Off.
Monitor Aspect Ratio: Im using 16:9 SInce thats what what my monitor supports.
Native Render Resolution: On.

Texture: Extra. Depending what system specs you have you may have to put these 3 on a lower setting.
Normal Map: Extra.
Specular Map: Extra.
Fill Remaining Memory: Off. Both worked really well of course when having dual monitors i would suggest to leave it off since it may impact performance depending on whats up on your second monitor.
Ansitropic Filtering: High. Got same results from all of them so i dont thing it matter which one you are using.

Shadows: On
Shadow Map Resolution: I was able to put this on High without any problems yet again depending on your system this may have to be on a lower setting.
Cache Sun Shadow Maps: Off. This had a major impact on my performance leaving it off got rid of stuttering completely.
Cache Spot Shadow Maps: Off. i dont know if it had something to do with the stuttering but i left it as off since it seemed better that way.

Depth Of Field: Off. Couldnt notice a difference but i left it as off.
Screen Space Ambient Occlussion: Off. Same with this one.
Medium Distance Ambient Occlussion: On.
Subsurface Scattering: Off.
Depth Prepass: Off.

Post Process Anti-aliasing: Im using Filmic SMAA T2x but once again here depending on your system you have to use a lower setting or completely turning it off
Supersampling: Dont see a reason to have it on so OFF it is.

Bullet Impacts: On
Dynamic Light Limit: 8 depending on the system maybe a lower will have to do for you.
Ragdoll: On

All these settings worked perfect on my rig i got a solid 91 fps since yes it is capped and i got rid of stuttering of course the map Crash is always gonna be crash and stutter alot the first 30 seconds after joining the map.
Also take in mind that the first game you play after starting the game up is also gonna be a bit laggish and stutter but after 1 game it stopped and went super smooth for me.

My specs
Intel core i7 4790k
16 GB ram
E.V.G.A GTX 970
