There are official bonus levels available after the introduction of Peggle Nights. After that, the page disappeared and no longer able to download on the official popcap.com website.

How-To Get the Bonus Level packs?
1. Visit https://web.archive.org
2. Type www.popcap.com
3. Select backdate around 31 December 2010.
4. Route yourself to Peggle Nights page.
5. At the Bonus Levels section (bottom-page) click Learn More.
6. You will see this page.
7. Click Download and install to your Steam directory folder via steam/steamapps/common/Peggle Nights.
8. Enjoy!

I already have it, so I would check to make sure you already have it too to avoid messing anything up. Go to quick play and scroll through until you find the spring levels Day 1 and Day 2. If you don't have it, then you should follow this guide.

I noticed that there seems to be Spring Fever already installed into my copy of Peggle Nights before I downloaded these expansion packs, might be because I already have Plants vs. Zombies, but I don't know
