Introduction
This guide lists every code and account in Deus Ex: Revision. Never again hack keypads, computers, or ATMs! (Well, unless your computer skill is at Master and you want extra money, in which case you should hack ATMs.)

Note that the locations given for keypads usually indicate the area or door that the keypad opens rather than the keypad's actual location. (For example, if a keypad opens an armory, the location would be "Armory" rather than "Armory entrance.") And since ATMs are usually easy to find and grouped in one location, their locations will be things like "All ATMs" and "Left ATM" unless they're scattered throughout the map.

Yo guys, do you know the code for the Osgood's Imports garage [looks like a garage? back door area]? on 2nd Hell's Kitchen visit. Chapter 4. I cannot seem to find it anywhere. It has two doors, seems to be from the back and there are some yellow-ish crates that cannot be lifted. The keypad is in the middle of the two doors. It seems to be in front of a bus stop and near the tunnel for the level/map transition to go back to the main playable area where the helicopter drops you [where Paul apt is]. I am currently where Paul sends you to do the mission, second playable area from CH4 story. I double checked around the internet but no answer. Not a big deal, just curious to see what is in there. Missing 1 code from list for NYC Ship lower decks - minor code.
In the Helibay of ship where one of weld points is, there is an inner structure with two lockers - 2x keys for lockers can be found on guards in helibay. In that room is a data cube on bed with hanger code 4453 - not found the panel for it mind

Regarding the 2221969 / dullbill account, it can be accessed with any of the 5 ATMs in the Paris - Denfert-Rochereau (Streets) map. Of those, only 3 of them can be reached; the remaining 2 are in the metro entrance, but going there loads in a new map, where those ATMs can only access the 576001 / wyrdred08 account.

As for the 9825 code, I don't remember whether it can be found within the game; I haven't actually played it for quite a while.

The atm with 2221969 / dullbill can be accessed in revision version of Paris - Denfert-Rochereau (Streets) map (Map type Revision, game play style Normal)

Break into building #14 anything with a base damage above 100 works, note explosion is likely to gets attention of Mj12 commandos on South side.
Check offices for data cube containing atm info

Head back outside & go through gates on North side, avoid the patrolling military bot & Mj12 commando(s) & go east to find atm & login. Good for 200 credits.

The other atm codes listed here work in metro station just fine.

Where IN GAME within Versa Life did you find code 9825 (useable in MJ12 Lab) where see conversation between Bob Page & Maggie Chow.

Lock picking the door is not an option as both door & Lock have INF strength. Coded Panel bypass is INF & there are MJ12 commandos around
Nearby locked vent has 40% Lock strength & INF door strength, would like to try a no lock pick run at some stage...

To get the logins and codes, I wrote a program to search every level for certain object types and read their codes/accounts (whichever is appropriate). This is how I was able to get even the codes and accounts that are never given in-game (especially the ATM accounts, of which I believe few are given).

NekroFernus, this guide is for Deus Ex: Revision, which is a modification for Deus Ex that changes many things, including the examples that you have given.

And yes, I did verify them just now: the login for the gray lab entrance is indeed lab12/graytest (not graytest/lab12), and the code to open the Aquinas router room is indeed 6765 (not 6188). (I have no idea what you mean by "Door left PC/", though.)
