I found it easier to complete all the tree requests and tranquilade for one tree and gather average organs while the tree was at a low level for the true ending requirements. This is due to higher level trees producing higher level organs, making it difficult to gather average organs.

The excellent organ requests do not show until you have the required amount.
Once all organ requests are completed for the tree, it shows an eternal request, do not bother and save your organs for the true end requirements.

Each tree follows the same pattern for what it requires and they are:

The meat grinder produces mincemeat units and the amount to collect are:
• 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 55, 80, 110, 140, 180.
The mincemeat then shows an eternal request, do not bother and save your mincemeat for the true end requirements.

To reach the true ending, you have reach the end requirements for the Woman In Black, save your game, return to the title screen and continue the game you have just saved. Every in game achievement must be unlocked and to do this you complete every in game quest. The quests below are unlocked when you continue after completing the ending.

The greenhouse reports are for any quality and any organ type and they quantities are:

#9 - 2,000,
#10 - 3,000,
Final - 5,000.

The final few requests are to do with buying tree radios, speaking and befriending the 5 different trees. You need to speak to the trees several times before they befriend you and to get the trees to speak, you must constantly water and harvest the trees.

Once all other requests are done, use the eternal requests to build money to buy all 5 radios and make friends with the trees. All trees have about 5-6 pieces of dialogue before they will be your friend.

The tree names and requirements are:
• Sid the Kidney Tree - Vegilingual device which is ¥62,000,
• Lovey the Heart Tree - Thornlingual device which is ¥80,000,
• Tom the Stomach Tree - Banalingual device which is ¥115,000.
• Levi the Liver Tree - Maplingual device which is ¥146,000.
• Coleen the Colon Tree - Vilingual device which is ¥183,000.

Once all in game achievements are complete, you end up with a screen like this that allows you to see the true end.
