the CSN:Z team works very hard to provide you with content that will not lag your PC's connection speed or framerate, but this can be quite difficult to do, and CSN:Z, being the game full of conetent it is, probaly has some bugs or poorly optimised or inefficent code, which the room for error has increased once weekly updates have been introduced, which can likely push the CSN:Z staff to work the absoulte hardest they can, espeicaly when it comes to a big update

What your going to need to do
This is the information you will need:
- Your in-game CSN:Z nickname
- The City/Country you're connecting from
- Your average Ping
- Your avegare Frames Per Second
- The Server/channel you usually play in
- A screenshot of your Ping/FPS

And this is the format:
- IGN: nickname
- Country: countryname
- Average Ping: valueinmilliseconds
- Average FPS: value
- Server: servername
- Channel(s): channelnumber
- Evidence: link(s)
