But that would ruin the surprise of exploration. Too far and you can spoil the adventure when you realize the landmass is only about 9 sq miles. Maybe with TR installed, it would be more like Oblivion and Skyrim...but first, I'm gonna finish House Hlaalu

And I know about MGE XE. But how many cells is the view distance to? 12? 15? 22?

AMD Phenom II X4 965.
Yes I'm use MGE XE and set view distance

MGE XE have a lot of settings. You can pick for your hardware.
