I recently started playing on a huge endless server that's been going 4000+ days and even just hammering the skeletons that get in the way at base, I found I had several stacks of bone shards after only a few days. This is a solution, hopefully!

Turn boneshards into bonemeal, a fertiliser.

DETAILS
  • Recipe: 2 boneshards (science machine, refine tab)
  • Bonemeal is not quite as good a fertiliser as manure, but it's better than rot.

Please do not publicly redistribute my mods, but you may edit/tweak/bundle them for personal use and dedicated servers.
