Depends on the circuit, it's almost never 100% high downforce, so I've guessed that it'll be closer to 'low'. The circuit layout doesn't really offer much of a hint, you just have to try it out.

How does one know which side of the green bars to pick with respect to Downforce, Handling and Speed Balance?
