The flamethrower is the Team Fortress 2 item, Nostromo Napalmer. The helmet is the MK 50 cosmetic, also from TF2. I don't remember what map it was, but it also looks like a TF2 map.

Where did you get the flamethrower etc? I can't seem to find anything besides actual alien characters
