As requested the Perth Council Building on St Georges Terrace in Perth, Western Australia. Completed in 1963 and opened by The Queen. This 13-storey office building, 47.9-metre (157 ft), was designed by Howlett and Bailey Architects and mostly serves as the headquarters for the City of Perth.

also, not sure if you're aware but irl the lights cycle colours, this is possible in game now with mods I believe
