This is a decent video, I like it.
To the ones uninformed, the humor comes from the 'It funny 'cause it's true' trope. Sometimes in pubs, there are people who waste their time scolding noobs for being bad instead of ignoring them and carrying on, they become the most annoying players instead.
Basically the titular Least Valuable Player(s) are the Incompetent, N00b, Gibus Sniper, the Annoying, Raging, Childlike Soldier and the Rancho Relaxing, Player Slot Stealing Lazy Engineer
