In the Chapter 4 go inside Fabius Room
There, on a desk you can fin the Map for the Secret Cellar

Finding the Secret Chamber

Now go in the wine cellar

Then go down and youl find a secret passage

From there go right, passing through the next chamber

At the end you'll reach the Secret Chamber and the Achievement will pop up
