RULES
Spawning
Each knight shall join a squad, and he shall spawn on the southernmost spawn point available to him, so that he starts as close as possible to the jousting track.

Positioning
Each knight shall position himself opposite of each other at each extreme of the jousting fence, and he shall position themselves on the right lane (of the jousting track) in front of him, so that he stands between the jousting fence (on their left side) and the mounting platform (on their right side).

Buffing
Each knight may activate his officer buffs (i.e. banner bonuses) at his own discretion if playing freestyle. Traditionally, buffing is forbidden.

Signaling
In order to communicate readiness to his competitor, each knight shall weave his lance in a circular motion by tapping the attack button.

Charging
As soon as both knights have finished signaling readiness, each knight shall lower his lance and charge forward, and he shall try to his his competitor's body (not his horse). If playing traditionally, they may only charge in a straight fashion parallel to the jousting fence. If playing freestyle, they may curve or jump according to the jousters' preference.

Resetting
Immediately after any lance has impacted any surface, each knight (if applicable) shall enter the /kill command on the chatbox so as to respawn with a new lance as soon as possible.

Bleeding
When a knight bleeds, he shall dismount and bandage himself prior to respawning (it is not possible to respawn while bleeding), and the other knight shall respawn with the /kill command, if playing traditionally. In freestyle mode (and with prior agreement of the competitors), the non-bleeding competitor may physically disallow the bleeding knight from bandaging (and may execute him) so as to score a point.

Double Miss
If both knights miss, they shall turn around (or jump over the fence) to the opposite lane, so as to position themselves on their opponent's starting position, and they shall signal readiness with their lances before charging again.
