The Delta Toronto Hotel is one of the newest hotel towers to open in Toronto and serves as the flagship hotel for the Delta Hotel chain in Toronto. The 47 story tower opened in 2014 replacing the Delta Chelsea hotel on Gerrard street. The Delta Toronto Hotel is one of the Big 5 luxury hotel towers opened in Toronto along side the Ritz-Carlton, Trump International Hotel, Shangri-La Toronto and Four Seasons Hotel and Residence. The Hotel features many luxury amenities and has 567 rooms.

After Dark: This hotel functions like the Luxury Hotel in the After Dark DLC and as such you must have the DLC in order to use this tower.
