might be a good idea to update for newer version and also provide screenshots for those not that clear on how to check cords in game

For newer players, keep in mind that some of the previously posted (ie older) coordinates might have changed abit over the years due to game updates. And though most of these coordinates seem right, some of them don't appear to be at the "highest point" of the deposit.

My game rev is 1.1.3, and here is where I find my geo resources:

Copper, iron, tin - the meteorite crater. You can see the copper and iron on the surface...you'll automatically get tin whenever you mine copper (although in much smaller quantities).

Silver - the Rock Formation camp (you'll go there as part of the initial quests..its where you first see Adisa and Lao).

Zinc - just east of the Rock Formation camp, at the foot of one of those mushroom towers. The zinc is colored white and right on the surface of the ground.

Aluminum, oil - I use coordinate 11,849/6586. Visually, its northwest of Carter's camp at the bottom of the slope of the hill that Carter's camp is on, but before the big mushroom plateau.

Coal - this one is kinda neat...if you run to the aluminum coordinate from Carter's camp, then you will pass by a natural hole in the ground...its the entrance to a huge coal cavern. It might be hard to see from the ground though. Its easier to see from the air. Coordinate 11,943/6617.

Gold - highpoint of the deposit is at 11,101/6948. Or, you can be feel like a caverner and dig into the huge carvern system thats next to it. Then dig at 11,076/6930...its only a couple pickaxe swings deep. Visually, the deposite is almost exactly between the meteorite crater and the Rock Formation camp.

Titanium - on top of a mushroom plateau just north of the Native Relic (thats the quest where you hat to shoot down 3 flying monsters). Coordinate 11,444/8464.

Remember, these are the places that "I" go to, based on where I usually put my colony and based on closeness to a landmark that I can Fast Travel to. You might find there are more convenient deposit sites for you and your own colony.

Oh...and a tip for you if you are lazy like I am and don't want to have to refer to notes for coordinates every time you visit your mine. Naturally, make a bookmark on your map to tell you the approximate location. But in addition, right at your mine opening, make a column (I use dirt blocks) about 10 blocks high and put a Cream-Colored Lightbox on top. Its brighter than a torch or campfire and can be seen a long ways off even in daylight.

Enjoy. 8-)

This is a great start. If we can get more people contributing to something like this, it would help with one of the more frustrating parts of the game. (For me at least)

according to my scans the coal is near the meteorite creater http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=797856470 this confirms your coordinates by a margin of 70 meters or so.
