Oh please, allow me to explain this.
The first time you install the game and have no data loaded, weapons are scripted to drop at certain milestones. This script is removed once you aquired the weapon, so first time players will have to farm a bit.
Once a player starts a new slot and have it unlocked on your profile/library/wanglopedia, drop rates increases to the point where you can find it immediately at the first enemy that carry/wield it. That's why Insanity players can easily find everything.
Example: Z45 Katana always drops for me at the very first Zilla security guy I can find in the game cause I've already found it on my "global" profile. But the first time I played the game it only dropped in the last row of missions, becoming complete obsolete.
- Perforator: I THINK it dropped once from a champion at Zilla City, on the last row of missions open before the final mission. I'm afraid to be confusing it with the energy Gauss Rifle, so it need to be confirmed. If so, it requires you to not buy the weapon, which is unlocked way before, obviously.
- Warrrsaw!: You listed it as buyable, but it's part of your equipment in Wang Cave.
- Hedgehog: Always drops at the Shade Junk boss that tricks you in "The Cookery" if don't have it yet. Maybe not always and I got lucky, who knows.
* I suspect a few more weapons can drop from champions similarly to the situations above, but due to the order we usually play the missions, we probably better just play the game and wait, cause it will rarely happens. Same for chests, but the drop rate is VERY LOW (Stapler fits this category).
- The Beast: If you chose The Triad as reward then backtrack the last side missions, it can drop from one of the champions. I don't remember wich champion, but I got this way on my last playthrough. It wont drop before you finish the mission and chose your reward, apparently.
- Shogun: Also drops from The Old Fart champion and can be aquired before the listed mission is complete, unlike the above. Eventually wont drop and you might need to repeat the champion a few times.
- Yumi: Can drop from Specters and some low level demon (Hammerheads maybe? Gargabe like that from Shadow Hills) if you missed the champion.
- Stapler: I found it once on a common chest prior to the mission, after unlocking the entrance gate in "Big Trouble in Calamity", on the chest at the right side of the small bridge with a statue under it.
