This is a really fantastic building. All the modern and clean shops that can be found on the workshop are great, but buildings like these have much more character. I know some areas in my city that could use this sort of thing.

I love these gritty buildings - there's a lot that represent this wear and tear on older/historic buildings, which is to be expected. But only a few out there that portray more modern/menial buildings like this. I'm adding this to my urban and rural Ghetto themes. Thanks for this!
