The mod adds a Lunar Aura Doll which admins can spawn and place on the server (only one is required on the server, more will not break the server but are unnecessary)

admincheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/LunaAura_SamKO/Items/PrimalItemStructure_LunaAuraDoll.PrimalItemStructure_LunaAuraDoll" 1 0 false

The Doll checks for Admins on the server, and if found applies the Aura Buff on them (if they don't have it already) creating a BLUE Glow on their heads.

The Admins can CHANGE COLOR by ACCESSING the LUNAR PANEL HOLDING "SHIFT" key and PRESSING "HOME" key and also turn it ON/OFF.

AS BY REQUEST THE MOD DOESN'T CHANGE ANY STATES OR GIVES ANY OTHER SPECIAL ABILITIES TO THE ADMINS (for now)

That's cool. It's like a Pernament Super Saiyan Aura Hair. Perhaps you should add a Permanent Body Aura as well, similar to the Ark Saiyans Aura Buff.
