This quest begins in Eversun City after speaking with Young Shin in front of the pet shop. After-which we will travel to the mortuary in Eversun North. To avoid walking all the way there, we can take a shortcut by attacking the small pumpkins throughout the city until its curse is bestowed upon us: Mortuary Teleport.

Once at the mortuary, we'll talk to a little blue ghost named Dirty Dusty in the area near 181 71. Sadly, they won't give us the saddle unless we bring them candy - which can be purchased for 200g from Mr Pumpkin located in Swan Lake Basin, 340 442 (Tranquilton). After exchanging the candies with Dirty Dusty, we can port back to the city and hand the saddle back to Young Shin.

This repeatable quest gives [ᴍʏsᴛᴇʀʏ ᴄᴀɴᴅʏ] which can be eaten to receive one of these buffs randomly: snowball yourself; transform into a tiny pumpkin; receive first aid; apply level 1 burning rage; or increase movement speed for 30s. Candies cannot be traded.
