This quest doesn't have an ɴᴘᴄ to start. Simply venture out on any map in the overworld to collect [ʜᴀʟʟᴏᴡᴇᴇɴ ᴄᴏsᴛᴜᴍᴇ ᴘɪᴇᴄᴇs] by killing Enchanted Pumpkins. The Traveling Vendor located in Eversun City, 178 194, will exchange 75 pieces for an [ʜᴀʟʟᴏᴡᴇᴇɴ ᴛʀᴇᴀᴛ] gacha box. By opening these boxes, we can receive a variety of timed and permanent halloween themed costumes.
