If you're a lazy bum have no time to do menial tasks like myself and don't want to spend time unlocking everything, here's what you can do in the current version of the game (1.22.3):

Once you have turned on Ultimate Chicken Horse, go to the main menu and start a new game.
You will appear in the treehouse hub, from where you can select a character and a level.

What you need to do next is input these keys in the following order: R R ShiftKey ShiftKey R R E.

Do NOT type the above in chat. Just press the keys as written.

Important disclaimer - please do note by doing so, you will not be able to unlock the achievements related to character/map/etc unlocks.

Should you wish to reset your progress, you can go to the treehouse hub, open the Rules book, go to the last page, and you'll see an option on the very bottom of the last page. Confirm twice and reload the treehouse hub area.
