Introduction
The Ship Outfitter is designed to be a tool to help you decide how to set your ship up. If you're looking for a guide on how to set your ship up, this is not it. But I will attempt to help you get the most out of the guide and explain the different toggles you have. I will assume a little bit of basic knowledge about the game.

Kieran's Ship Outfitter[typhlosion.co.uk]

Features and Description
There are a lot of toggles at the top of the page. Most of them are self explanatory, but some may need some explanation. The 5 "Checkboxes" at the top are for 5 game features that your ship's stats can be effected by. Hyper Drive will cut your movement speed in half, Tactics will improve your evasion by +5, Super Charge will increase your Critical Chance by 5.

Skulls refers to Skull Powers. Every time someone in your alliance kills someone deemed "worthy", the alliance gets a skull. The alliance can then spend these on special power-ups called skull powers (type ":skull power"). The "Skulls" Checkbox at the top assumes that all of these are active, which more often than not they aren't.

The other checkbox I haven't mentioned yet is Garrison Deployed. Each corporation has a garrison, ranked I to XX (Roman Numerals). For each rank the garrison has, it can turn on a perk. There are 17 perks, ranging from +8 hit chance to +5 evasion etc. The only ones the ship outfitter cares about are those that effect your stats directly for all situations, so for instance, the "Marauder" tactic allows you to do +10% damage to defensive units. This doesn't get taken into account as that is situational. Advanced Weapons, however, does get taken into account. You can read more about garrison perks (or garrison technology) here:

If you notice discrepancies between the Ship Outfitter and in game, please take into account these modifcations at the top. If you find an inconsistency, please contact me, Kieran9316 or Zimrathon, in game. Please also note that Skull Powers don't actually change your stats in the client, but the server takes them into account.
Sharing Ship Builds
Once you have set your ship up and you're proud of it, your next step might be to share the setup with corp mates? That's easily done! You can either copy the URL and send it to your friend, or you can take a screenshot. A new feature I've made is the "Hide Dropdowns" button, discreetly in the bottom left. That will hide the selectors so that you can get a clean screenshot of all your items and stats on one page.

Something I like to do is store the setups on my iPhone for quick navigation. If you "Add to home screen" on an iPhone, it will use the TIB logo and let you save that setup to your home screen as a web app. You can then open that whenever you want. Please note, however, that if you make changes to that ship setup, they won't save. You will have to copy the link to a web browser (you have access to the link at the top in the textbox).
Conclusion
Lastly, I want to improve this wherever I can. I'm quite pro-active about looking after this website. If you have any feature suggestions, please feel free to fire me an in game message! Or Kakao Chat my user id: Kieran9316. I'm also in process of setting up a kakao group. There's a link to it at the bottom of the website.
