Hi community,

this is my first asset, made with blender. It's the first one of an upcoming series of RICO buildings, cause I like ploppable RICO, cause I like Cities Skylines!

If you don't use Ploppable RICO, you will find this building in your Unique Building panel.

Is it...French's Mustard? We used to have here in Upstate NY? We have this dilapidated French Mustard Factory here and, it looks a bit smaller and worn down in real life than your far superior building. Good job! Maybe it's Heinz...

Yeah I doubt there's anything you can do on your end, RICO has been not working right since green cities, needed a 3rd party fix for residential plops and aspects of it still aren't working right.

Really nice building but only shows up with 11 jobs in RICO, nothing I do seems to give it more jobs, even making a local version and manually setting.
