4 Sided Coin
There are 16 hidden coins in the map, with a Snatcher Boss Fight at the end!
1987 Freddy Fazbear's Pizza
How's how to get all the plushies and 3 stars.
2019 II: Director's Cut
This map has not one, not two but EIGHT different endings! From good to bad to even hilarious, you can choose the fate of the survivors!
A Forgotten Place
The author of this map added my name into this map!
Atrocity Valley
You get an achievement for every Golden Crowbar found, and for bringing the Gnome to the escape vehicle.
Back To School
A teddy bear (Gnome reskin) is hidden in the first five chapters. Note that the worldmodel is different from the viewmodel, meaning it only looks like a teddy bear when picked up by you.

There is also a few references and secret rooms around, and placing the "Gnome" in a spot will give your team hats!

There's also teddy bears scattered around the map that can't be picked up, so look around!

From Russia with love...
Bathroom RATS
A secret room can be unlocked by triggering a switch and returning to the beginning.
Below Surface
In the finale, there is a crate that needs a hidden key to be unlocked.
Black Mesa: Fallouts
There are some hidden posters of Among Us and Vtubers in this Half-Life map.
Blightmare
You can use the vending machines after finding money scattered around the map. There are also hidden posters around.
Blue Heaven
The Chess section has a solution hidden behind a button.

In the Long Version, the Garden of Peace is a shortcut through the level.
Buried Deep
Shoot the pixel art hidden in each chapter to unlock more supplies in the finale!

There are vehicle memes and plushies hidden around the campaign.

As of 13 Nov 2022, the 4th chapter's layout has been changed. The locations of the pixel art and JoJo reference was changed.
Cambalache - Buenos Aires
There is a secret with the Gnome, and how to get the sledgehammer.
Cambalache 2
The Gnome is now in Map 4 and gives a secret weapon in the finale. Another secret weapon can be found by playing basketball.
City of the Dead
Find 4 Gnomes in each chapter for Portal music to play.
City of the Dead Redux
The map was remastered, the Gnomes are back and there is an added challenge.
Cold Front
Francis : I Hate Canada!

The key to the developer room has a 1% chance to give a secret cutscene.
Crash Bandicoot: The Return Of Dr. Cortex
There are multiple secret areas hidden in the campaign.

The map was updated in 2020, and many things were added/changed.

The winter update of 2020 modified/added some of the secrets
Curse of Lazar Castle
A special hidden weapon can be found in some parts of the campaign.
Dark Carnival: Ghostbusters!
Plenty of secrets in this Ghostbusters-themed Dark Carnival!
Dark Carnival: Remix
A cutscene will unlock at the end of the campaign if you find a coin in each chapter.
Dark Wood
There are secret weapons in almost every level of this beautiful campaign.

G-Man can be seen in most of the chapters.
Day Break
There are hidden rooms only accessible when holding the Gnome.
Don't do drugs kids!

You can find G-Man in the second and last chapter.
Dead Center: Christmas Edition
There are 5 gifts in the first and second chapters, collect them to unlock Santa's Workshop which will have plenty of supplies. There are also hidden portals in the second and last chapter.
Dead Center: Halloween Edition
The final map of the series; Jack Frost is back and is hellbent on revenge.
Dead Series
There is a button on each level that can spawn 6 tanks if you press it while holding a Gnome.
Deadenator
The locations of the hidden CS weapons plus ghosts in the second chapter.
Death Mountain
Plenty of secret areas around, but one of them requires the Link doll to activate.
Death Summer
Near the saferoom of the first chapter you can go to the top of the lighthouse.

In the second chapter, there are also three hidden buttons that will open a secret area.
Deathcraft
Placing the pumpkin head from chapter one to chapter two causes a tank fight which unlocks a secret area. There is an Eye of Ender (cola) which will unlock a boss fight in chapter 3!
Deep Phobia
The Easter Egg is in the finale where a door opens if you wait a while after rescue has arrived.
Derailed
The elevator at the end of chapter one can be opened by walking over a specific spot instead of using the button.
Die Screaming
There are hidden Gnome and other small Easter Eggs in the campaign.
Diescraper Redux
There is a special cutscene in the end if you keep the Gnome from chapter 3.
Dniepr
Ever wondered on how to do the side quests? Here's how!
(The password is actually Pink, Blue, Blue, Pink, Green)
Don't Fall
There is a bonus room in the finale that needs the Cola in the fridge in the first chapter.
Downtown Dine
There is a secret room in the second chapter. There are clues detailing how to unlock the room.

There are also a few traps that will spawn Special Infected.
Dr. Malroy's Absolution
There are alternate endings where you blow up the whole Earth to kill Dr. Malroy or get abducted by a UFO!
Fire Starter
There are hidden rooms which supplies that can be broken. There is also a hidden Gnome.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria
There are plushie sidequests in the map that can be completed. The plushies will appear on your desk.

Freezing Point
This map has its own set of achievements from its Workshop description.

There are also some other interesting stuff, and an Easter Egg dedicated to me!

An extended version of this map, with an additional chapter.
Front Of Survivors Remake
Lots of Easter Eggs and hidden content in this Chinese map.
Frozen
There is a Mario Easter Egg hidden in the campaign.

Finding hidden Gnomes will give new weapons.
Glubtastic 2
Glubtastical maps for Glubtastical people.

There are different endings that changes depending on the Survivor who chooses to sacrifice themself.

Some rooms and Half-Life headcrabs scattered around the map.
Earlier versions of the map had obscene pictures in them, it has since been changed.

Heaven Can Wait Hardversion
This map has secret areas, traps and other interesting events.
I Hate Mountains
There are 5 Domo-kun plushies hidden around in every chapter.
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Zombies
There is a hidden Gnome in the first chapter, and bringing it to the end unlocks a cutscene.
InTooDeep
Fred and the Gnome are hidden around the map.

In the Extended version, Fred the alligator makes a new friend on the top of the bridge.
Jiangmen Polytechnic
The map has a room full of naughty pictures and a Lethal Company reference!

A hidden level was added, featuring Hypostasis Bosses from Genshin Impact.
Kink
This puzzle map has 5 secret supplies hidden in every chapter. Finding a secret gives out a distinctive sound effect.
Kokiri Forest
The first chapter has some well hidden supplies in the map.
Left 4 Duluth
There is an alternate ending to the map, where you get deloused of the virus!
Left 4 Invasion: Outer Space!
Save the Earth from aliens! Plenty of hidden details around the map, including alternate endings!
Lockdown DLC
In the first chapter, there is a hidden room with weapons and health supplies.
Lockdown: Chapter Two
Like the prequel, this map has a few hidden areas with rewarding items.
Lockdown: Chapter Two DLC
The map has been updated with a new chapter., and there are more hidden loot.
Loony Park
The 6 golden cups hidden around the map.
Lord Of The Rings Campaign
There are secret rooms with supplies in this LOTR campaign.
Navigation
There is a hidden survivor in Chapter 3 that wants some cola.
Night Presence
There are manga books and a hidden wall graffiti behind some crates.
No Echo
The map has Golden Crowbars and Gnome-related Easter Eggs hidden around the campaign.
No Mercy: Christmas Edition
The final campaign in the series, Santa is back with more gifts!
No Space 4 Zombies
In chapters 2,3,4 and 5 there are 10 barrels that can be shot for extra supplies in the end safe room.
North Pole
Bringing the Gnome from the start of the campaign to the finale will unlock a room with Ricardo Milos!
Outrun
There are 2 keys hidden in the map that opens secret areas.
Plague Tale
There are 2 hidden Easter Eggs in the first two chapters of the map.
Plan B
There is a secret scavenge finale which requires the Geiger Counter from chapter 2 to unlock.

A room with a trailer for L4D1 and supplies is hidden above the elevator.
Red Tide
There are a few Gnomes around the map, including a secret room with a message from the author.
Redemption 2
Take the Gnome from chapter 1 to chapter 3 for a Stanley Parable easter egg!
Resident Evil 1
Recently the map has been updated with achievements. Here's how to do them.

This map has custom achievements.
The Rubik's cube has since been removed.

Rural Tour
Bringing the Gnome from the first chapter to near the end of the third chapter will unlock a secret room.
Salthell Park
There are 9 Gnomes in the campaign that may be neutral, negative or positive.

There are hidden Doge posters in the campaign.
Snow Den
There is a secret room from Haunted Forest, the author's previous campaign.
Source 2: Plantation Survival
This recreation of the Plantation survival map in Source 2 has a secret room for surviving 10 minutes.
Source of Infection
In the second chapter, there is an Easter Egg with the wall paintings.
Suicide Blitz 2
Probably the most well known, there is a Portal easter egg in the final chapter which requires the Gnome.

In the fourth chapter, waiting at the back row in the theater will summon G-Man

There are also some other secrets in this campaign as well as Suicide Blitz 1.
The Evil Within
Inspired by game The Evil Within, this map has a few Easter Eggs.
The Manor
Here are the locations of the 5 Jade Dragons hidden around the map.
The Mission
In the second chapter (Minecraft), there is a secret button in the wall that opens the locked door.
The Parish Beta: Waterfront
The dead bodies of Coach and Ellis are hidden in the map.
The Unofficial Left 4 Dead Tutorial
There is a hidden Doom room in the finale of the unofficial tutorial!
There Is Only One Way
Finishing the campaign mode tells of an easter egg at 15 minutes, well here it is!
Time to Die
Some of the interesting things in the campaign like references to the L4D1 Survivors and secret areas.

There are little TF2 figurines in the second, third and fourth chapters and HL2's Dog in the finale.

Bringing a ham leg to the second chapter unlocks a Minecraft easter egg.
Watered Down
You get to play with Purple Francis in the finale!
Whispers of Winter
There is a Gnome in chapter 1 that when brought to the finale, summons the L4D1 team to help you.
Yama
There is a little TF2 easter egg after the plane crashes into the building on map 1.
Zero Warning
A special Thank You message for the testers of the map.
You're always welcome Soul, hope you're doing well.
Zombies Of The Caribbean
There is a secret part of the map that can be triggered by pressing 3 buttons.

ok im back, turns out V2 of Daybreak has no gnome easter eggs.

so uh, im back and im confused. I got the gnome in Daybreak. However, it wasn't in the hotel, it was in this creepy little gnome hideout in the place you had to go through to get to the howitzer, the door to the left of the two doors behind the desk. The first time i went in the game said Are you lost? :) and after i picked up the gnome, died to the aformentioned howitzer crecendo, and went back, the text simply said Hello. There is also the fact that it disallowed me to get the secret Flamethrower. Does anyone know what to do?

I was wondering if you could find the secret button for the locked area in LOTR custom campaign. The room can beside the first holdout area even with noclip you cannot go in there
