Some video parts of the locations are missing with unknown issues. I'll figure them out asap.

Mission 1 - Semper Fi

The card is right on the cabin once you're out where the Japanese got you.

Mission 2 - Little Resistance

When you arrive at this bunker, go to the right side of the front door, the death card is right hidden in the grass. It would be a little bit tricky, but be patient.

Mission 3 - Hard Landing

Mission 4 - Vendetta

The very first Bar (maybe the only one) you break into with Reznov.

Mission 5 - Their Land Their Blood

It's on the second stable in the house where a tank blew the door and came out.

Mission 6 - Burn'em Out

Heading your way to the trench exit, there is a slop on your left leading to a mortar pit. Go in the trench there look out of the fixed machine gun, the death card is on the left.

Mission 7 - Relentless

Once you're almost reach the last cave of the Japanese army, pay attention to a corridor in your left.

Mission 8 - Blood & Iron

NO Death Card available in this Level as it's a tank battle.

Mission 9 - Ring of Steel

It's located in a corner of the garden.

Mission 10 - Eviction

Mission 11 - Black Cats

NO Death card available in this Level.

Mission 12 - Blowtorch & Corkscrew

When you're almost there to where you're required to blow the bunkers, you see a Japanese solider body lying down on the stone. The card is next to him.

Mission 13 - Breaking Point

There's a house near the second mortar pit.

Mission 14 - Heart of the Reifch

In the very beginning of the game, turn left and you will see an abandoned tube entrance.

Mission 15 - Downfall

In the second floor you will see 2 soldiers breaking in and firing at an empty room. After they leave, you can enter and find the card.

There's repeated images.

70% good but the Blowtorch & Corkscrew guide pictures are repeated and the correct information for Little Resistance and Burn'em Out is not present. Videos when present are good and clarify the description greatly. Overall good guide but the missing videos and incorrect pictures are an issue.
