With all the new house's coming onto the market I thought i'd take a stab at it. Well more like have Steph come along and help me make it look pretty lol.

Here stands a very simple build with a unlock level of 5. Small enough for a starting home and has all the amenities of home that you desire.

Building cost is fairly reasonable also.

Wood Planks: 560

Cement: 113

Copper Ingot: 110

Cobalt Ingot: 110

Iron Ingot: 110

Silicon Ingot: 100

Plastic Raw Material 40

Water Jug: 3

Total build time takes 21 mins and 36 seconds.

As you can guess this is designed with **PVE playstyle in mind.** In the begining though you do need a place to hang your hat and store your materials and this is the perfect place to do so.
