Guide By: Casper613 on Steam

The Warden
Name: The Warden
Looks Like:

Description: The most balanced individual on the planet, he does his job and nothing else. People just call him The Warden.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The first "Warden" in the game, he changes nothing about gameplay, and all aspects of the game. He is good for starting your very first prison, and is probably a good choice if you want a base gameplay with no extra bonuses.

The Lobbyist
Name: The Lobbyist
Looks Like:

Description: The Lobbyist has friends in high places, and makes sure the more easily controlled prisoners end up coming his way.
Bonuses: Halves the likelihood of receiving prisoners who are Violent, Lethal, Volatile, Deadly or Fighters.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Good for Maximum Security prisons, so that you wont get legendary prisoners or prisoners who will boot of quick. i reccomend this for intermediate Architects.
Rita
Name: Rita
Looks like:

Description: Ruthless and terrifying, Rita has a reputation for running her facilities though judical application of fear, Rumours of her carrying a whip may be exaggerated.
Bonuses: Halves the likelihood of prisoners being Stocial or Fearless.
Prisoners are suppresed twice as quickly.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
again, Good for Maximum Security Prisons. again you wont get prisoners that will boot of quickly, and the suppresion keeps the prisoners more likely to not boot off. i Reccomend this to intermediate Architects.
J.W. Periwinkle
Name: J.W. Periwinkle
Looks Like:

Description: Warden Periwinkle says he was a sapper in the war. He nevers says which war, specifically, but he certainly knows everything about digging tunnels.
Bonuses: Gaurd Dogs have a 50% chance of fully uncovering any tunnels they detect
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Good for Medium and Maximum Security prisons, you will have 50% less chance prisoners escapeing from tunneling, because when the tunnels are revealed, they cannot work on them anymore, and you can fill them in. i Reccomend this for all players.
The Pacifier
Name: The Pacifier
Looks Like:

Description: The Pacifier has an unusual talent for being able to calm even the most violent individuals. Even being in the same room as him is enough to make people docile and compliant.
Bonuses: Reduces the overall temperature of your prison, making your inmates less likely to cause trouble
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Good for all types of prisoners, the prison is going to be way easier to handle, and you will have a lot less riots, fights and less gaurds. i reccomend this to most people.
Saphara Acknova
Name: Saphara Acknova
Looks Like:

Description: Saphara Acknova has a spotless reputation and squeaky clean record. But behind the scenes, shady deals and under the table offerings are nothing uncommon for her.
Bonuses: Get a small cut of the re-sale value of each piece of controband found.
Prisoners found with controband will be "fined" directly from their savings.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Good for any type of prisoner, it may annoy and increase the temperature of your prison (temperature as in how calm or angry prisoners are), but you will earn a lot more money in the long run. I reccomend this for intermidiate Architects.
The End
This is the end of the guide, and hopefully i helped you out a little for your first prison. just remember, this is my opinion, and its fine if you dont agree with me.

Why will Saphara cause an increase in temperature? Also, I liked this guide. I didn't learn much, tbh, but still helpful.

Nice little guide about a topic I hadn't really given much thought too, thanks.

Just one thing, when you say "intermediate architect" what exactly do you refer to?
