Capped Scrolling Speed

Açıklama
Makes scrolling through large lists with the mouse wheel better (i.e. customization lists if you have a lot of helmets).

If a single scroll with the wheel / a click on the arrows would move the content by more than a specified percentage (default: half the height), cap the scrolling to that amount.

Known issues: light flickering on the scrolling thumb. If you want a fix, tell Firaxis to make flash commands and callbacks faster.

Overrides: UIScrollbar.

Assumes to be attached to an UIList, UITextContainer or UIColorSelector.

Config: Steam/Steamapps/workshop/content/268500/772577316/Config/XComUI.ini

The smaller the value is, the smaller the cap is.

Everyone should switch to robojumper's Smooth Scrolling mod here as it replaces this one.

Before this scrolling with mouse through lists in XCOM2 was virtually not possible. Thx so much for the mod!

Heads Up - don't use with a controller

This also affects the Save/Load list right? I keep zipping down way more than a page at a time when I scroll wheel on that list (without the mod)

The mod doesn't seem to be working for me. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling the mod, and I've tried altering the XComUI.ini config several times, either leaving at the default 0.5 as well as setting it to 0.9 and 0.00000000001 to see if increasing or decreasing the value did anything. No matter what I have done, the scroll speed is still the exact same as if I never had the mod activated in the first place. Can anyone help me with this?
