-RGFX- Border Overhaul | Far Opacity Tweak

Description
This is a duplicate of the RGFX - Border Overhaul, but with a small tweak that makes far zoom fully opaque instead of 90% opaque and 10% transparent. I like this look MUCH better than the small transparancy showing the terrain underneith.
