This demonstrates that you haven't done any little research for this video, since there have been a reddit post made by the COO of Hi-Rez that answered to all the plagiarism allegations, not to mention that they demonstrated that some of the things that Overwatch has were taken by a Hi-Rez game called "global agenda". But i am not gonna say anything more since the reddit post tells everything already.
