Concerning what Futeko said, I'm not sure if that's the case. I emptied most rooms accesible before meeting him and didn't tried to hit him in the bar (even if I felt similarly !) I didn't really paid attention about what he said but didn't skipped any dialogue and do not recall any mention of this harassment case. What I remember from these notes and documents is that Blade's HR head seems to be an insufferable person that likes very specific rules. Nevertheless, if this would be a consequence of your action, it would actually be a cool feature, especially in the context of a first playthrough.
Maybe it's because I'm playing on "Give Me Deus Ex" but I can't so much as enter the room without the cameras becoming suspicious. Even when they're facing away they immediately look back if you come even close to a heat detector. I can only get about half way through by the room by going up the middle, but from then on it's basically impossible.
Only after returning with the file did he open the door for me - and he even referenced the fact I had already knocked him out once in the bar when he asked me to knock him out (again) afterwards.
