Description
The first in my series to complete the "office trees." As in, ensuring there's a small, medium, large, and maybe HQ medical offices.

This office is a hybrid of the other small offices. Also gives you another reason, besides the Cafe, to get a water closet early ;)

Requirements:
Power and Water
Copy Centre and Office Supply Supplies
Needs Cafe
Needs prestige 1
Cost $150, rent $170 +/-

I love small spaces like this. You stuff so much details in a small space. One small suggestion, though... the upper right corner seem to be a bit bare. May I suggest a small painting to hang on the wall in that part?
