you are able to access this weapon by typing in the console "give weapon_flechettegun"(most likely without episode 2) so he made an npc drop it so he could save it in a dupe

this is the original flechette gun... it's still in the game files but impossible to access now. Good job for finding it, or MAYBE stealing the one I just posted yesterday.
