Step 1

Set up server

Find the Hover Junkers Data folder (probably at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\HoverJunkers).
Run "Photon-OnPremise-Server-SDK.exe".
Extract into "HoverJunkers_Data" (the same folder!).
Run Hover Junkers.

Step 2

Host LAN

From the Options menu (in the bar), select SERVER -> LAN -> HOST.
Players may now join your server by entering you IP. If you don't know it, Google "How to find my IP".
Click CONNECT to join your server as well.
Create a game!

Step 3

Unhost

To return to online mode, the HOST button should have changed to UNHOST.
Click UNHOST, then select which regional server you wish to return to.

WARNING: Without a high performance computer, hosting may cause performance issues.

Note: Some users are having problems setting up LAN in Windows 10. Writing up the fix.

I can't find Photon-OnPremise-Server-SDK.exe in the DATA FOLDER
