Thanks for these really great tips. But I miss one theme: illness. I do have an herbalist and herbs as well as a hospital. But my citisans are ill (rabies), stand in the hospital and thats it. Nothing happens....

But now that I startet again, it doesnt work anymore.I got a ship but nothing to do!? 1st time I had food to choose OK.But how can I choose where to go at thee exploration. Once my ship wasn't there anymore and I thought maybe it worked.Half a year later VIkings came to the Island.Well that was not what I had in mind.I got 120 Workers but my 9 Bakerys can't rise the foodnumber. I got 50000 food.What can I do?

@d10sk0ur1 I think you're mixing up LiF: Your Own, which is a first person survival game, with LiF: Forest Village, which is a RTS/City Sim like Banished. This video is about the later one.
