That is strange :/ I don't do anything at all. My graphics preset is set on High. That's it :)
Maybe your Resolution isn't the same as your screen resolution? I'm not sure

I started playing this game recently after triying the HORRIBLE Dayz standalone, This game is fantastic and constantly improving!

Yup, I'd go as far to say that it's up to pair with DayZ, and very quickly over taking it.
