Take pictures of his four deceased prior disciples.
Defeated Andrew Ryan
Kill Andrew Ryan in his office in Rapture Central Control.
Irony
Kill Sander Cohen in his apartment in Olympus Heights and take a picture of him.
Find Cohen's room
Find Sander Cohen's bedroom in Olympus Heights.
Break Fontaine's Mind Control
Aquire both vials of Lot 192 in Olympus Heights and Apollo Square.
Become a Big Daddy
Aquire all components to become a Big Daddy in Point Prometheus.
Defeat Atlas
Kill Frank Fontaine.
Brass Balls
Complete the game on Hard difficulty without using a Vita-Chamber.
A Man Chooses
Complete the game on the Survivor difficulty.
I Chose the Impossible
Complete the game on Survivor difficulty without using Vita-Chambers.

I got the Cohen achievement last night and he doesn't need to be in his apartment . He died about 10 feet from his masterpiece and I snapped the photo and got the achievement.

If I die but load a previous save, do I keep the 'I chose the Impossible" acheivment?

I actually got the picture of Cohen on accident. If you don't kill him, later in the game there's an event where if you disturb dancers he'll attack. I was taking a picture of a completely corpse and in the barest corners, he was there!
