Alternate M40A1 sounds

Meh, i never really was a fan of the vanilla M40A1, so i decided to give it the sound treatment.

This rifle is somewhat outdated compared to other security weapons.

Includes firing sounds, both suppressed and unsuppressed for first and third person and bolt sounds.

(Bolt sounds are subtle, but i think it fits the gun more than the clangey vanilla sounds)

snd_restart is your friend.

NOT compatible with sound mods that replaces the M40A1.
