Summary
This guide is compromised of every single achievement for this game and gives the actual description of the achievement followed by my description. The goal is to give further instructions and help on how to achieve these as sometimes you can have a difficult time finding methods online. All achievements are included, but will not be shown whether they're secret achievements or not. As for the boss fights, I left those parts as spoilers for those who want to try it themselves without being given the answer as well as other descriptions. If there are any questions at all, let me know!
Two Rangs Are Better Than One
You got your second rang!

In the middle of the first level, Two Up, you'll obtain your second rang. Unmissable.
No More Dog Paddle
You learnt how to swim!

You will learn how to swim when you enter the level Ship Rex. Fairly easy and unmissable. Ship Rex is one of the three levels in the first section of the game.
That's Using Your Head!
Defeat Bull The Razorback

After obtaining enough thundereggs in the first section of the game, Julias will hone in on a talisman. It will appear and Ty will leap to get it, launching himself in another portal that appears pretty much out of no where. This level will hold the first boss, Bull. In order to defeat him,all you need to do is wait in front of one of those stone pillars. He'll charge at you and if you're quick enough, you can jump out of the way and he'll slam into the pillar with his head, hence the achievement title. You must repeat the process until all pillars are detroyed.
Free Crikey!
Defeat Crikey the Tiger Shark

After obtaining enough thundereggs in the second section of the game, Julias will hone in on another talisman. It will appear and Ty will leap to get it, launching himself into yet another portal. This level contains the second boss in the game, Crikey. Personally, he's even easier than Bull is. To defeat him,you should notice trash cans filled with meat. Break those containers and a bucket should fly out and land in the water. Crikey will not be able to resist and this will buy you some time to jump into the water. Yes, you need to get in the water with a half-robot, half-tiger shark creation. Once in the water, you should notice bubbles coming up like crazy. Upon further inspection, you'll see these are what looks like oxygen cans. Hit them with your boomerangs and they'll float to the top. He will then go after that as well and all you have to do is hit them with your Flamerang. Rinse and repeat!
Foil Fluffy
Defeat Fluffy and her robot, Fluffy

At this point, it's pretty routine. Once obtaining enough thundereggs from the third and final section of the game, Julias finds another talisman and somehow Ty hasn't learned as he leaps into the air to get it, while also landing himself in another dangerous portal. This contains the third boss, Fluffy and her robot, Fluffy. Pretty simple once you know what you're doing. Julias will even throw in a hint for you, albeit a tad misguiding. He will tell you to attempt using fire, followed by ice. Although true, you don't use ice until the last bit of the fight. To start things off, just attack the furry parts of Fluffy with your Flamerangs and Fluffy will reveal itself as a robot. Then you have to walk around until one of the furnaces are on and you're able to throw your Flamerang through it. Doing so will make your Flamerangs explosive for some reason and after a couple hits, Fluffy will sink. Once it's just Fluffy's head, THAT'S when you want to use your Frostyrangs. Attack the small spot on it's head a couple times and it's history.
Brotherly Love
Defeat Sly the Tasmanian Tiger

A VERY easy fight. This is in a level in the third section of the game. My method was pretty funny in terms of battle. All I did was aimlessly run in circles (while also near him, of course) and threw my boomerangs. What rang you use doesn't matter. After a couple hits, he taps out and runs off.Easy!
Boss Cass Smacked
You defeated Boss Cass!

Pretty simple fight, actually. You don't even really fight him, either. To start the fight off, you'll want to whip out your trusty Frostyrangs and hit every flamethrower with them, followed by a vicious bite. Cass will throw some sick shade your way (thank goodness for the Frostyrangs for those burns...) and you can then access the two big doors that previously had force fields on them via brute force with any rang. Once inside, there will be a swarm of frills, blue tongued lizards and even those ninja dudes. Just attack the core with your boomerangs a few times and you'll get it. You kind of have to do that a couple times, the last time will be when you destroy the wires. Once you pop back up from the explosion, Cass throws even more shade your way and Sly pops up to give you the wonderul Doomarang, a boomerang you can control midflight. You then throw it down the robots "neck" and just follow the path until you reach the end. Easy as that! I personally prefer using a controller as opposed to the keyboard/mouse for controlling the Doomarang.
Get All The Things!
You got 100% of everything!

With some levels such as Ship Rex and Rex Marks The Spot, this can sometimes be easier said than done. From my experience, 100% doesn't necessarily mean true 100%. Meaning the only things that contribute to this are opals, thundereggs, golden cogs and bilbies. I may even be wrong about the bilbies as I never left a level unless I had everything aside from the pictures. That's honestly the easiest way to go about this one, simply refuse to leave an area (aside from Rainbow Cliffs as it has areas that unlock as you progress the story) until you have every single item besides the pictures. Luckily, those pesky pictures don't pertain to this achievement. There are actually still videos on YouTube as well as the old guides on GameFAQS for any items that are giving you troubles. I can personally say two golden cogs gave me grief on Ship Rex.Bit difficult to explain but they were both in an area where the water could touch your feet and the water would also hide areas that dropped off. One was by the geyser and another was more towards the beginning portion. My apologies for my poor description!
Complete All Time Attacks
Completed All Time Attacks

There are a total of 9 time attacks, one per level. Some are races against other characters and others are just a race to the finish against time. All are fairly easy and can easily be done on your first try.
Get all the Rainbow Scales
You got all the Rainbow Scales

There are a total of 25 scales in Rainbow Cliffs. Personally I'd just wait until you have all of the elemental rangs (Flamerang, Frostyrang and Zappyrang) before hunting for these as once you have them, you can get every single one. A massive amount of them are VERY easy to find and in fact, I only had to look up where to find one. It's in a small alcove a bit below and behind the talisman tower. All others are just cheaply hidden behind corners. There are three that are kind tricky and they're wherever Julias sets up his machine. To get those, simply move forward to the next section of the game. Picture provided for the alcove.

Zoom Zoom
You got the Zoomerang

The very first pair of boomerangs you get from delivering 15 golden cogs to Julias. You get 2 new pairs of boomerangs from each of the three sections, assuming you collect all 10 cogs from each level.
Throw throw throw throw throw
You got the Multirang

Another pair of boomerangs you get from delivering more cogs to Julias. Short range but you can throw several of these bad boys at once. Really fun in the small arena area on Snow Worries!
See the Unseen!
You got the Infrarang

Another pair of boomerangs from Julias after delivering him more cogs. It's a nifty little boomerang that makes a noise as you get closer to those near-invisible boxes containing pictures which are actually pieces of concept art viewable from the main menu. Once you go into first-person view (or Ty's view), you will actually be able to see those boxes as well. After playing through all 9 levels, you'll come to find the little blip it makes gets pretty annoying real quick.
Mega-rific!
You got the Megarang

Another one of Julias' cool boomerangs he gives you in exchange for cogs, this is actually a three-sided boomerang. It homes on enemies and attacks them several times to boot!
Shake the Room!
You got the Kaboomerang

Julias really enjoys those cogs. After giving him so many, he'll give you the Kaboomerang (a four-sided boomerang) that, once thrown, they spiral forward and after making contact with each other or any obstruction, they explode.
Slow down, Kid!
You got the Chronorang

This will be the final boomerang you get after giving Julias 15 cogs. Even he's unsure as to what they do. After you get these, you should also get the achievement for getting all of the boomerangs.
Find all the Bilbies
You found all the Bilbies!

Pretty straightforward, just have to find them all. There is a total of 5 per level. The father, mother, son, daughter and elderly bilby. A total of 45 is what you'll need to pop this achievement.
Find all the Picture Frames
You found all the Picture Frames!

Quite an achievement, this one. There are a various amount throughout the 9 levels as well as 9 in Rainbow Cliffs. Upon beating the game, a secret level will appear in Rainbow Cliffs behind the waterfall on the opposite side of the river that Julias' lab is on. If you have 100%, a second bonus stage will appear as well near the first bonus stage. Those will hold 123 frames each. Some are pretty obvious, some are pretty tricky and there are also those invisible boxes. If you can, try to spot the boxes without the Infrarangs as being around that many boxes will just about blow your speakers out with the blip it makes.
You found the last opal!
You found all the opals!

Another straightforward one, 300 per level and a total of 2700. The 2700 may seem overwhelming but it really isn't all too bad. Only ones I struggled with were on Ship Rex and Rex Marks The Spot and even then those were pretty easy.
From the Shadows
You defeated Shadow!

A horiffic bat creature thing, it's a mini boss more than anything. She appears on your way to Boss Cass and to beat her,she will stand on a vent of some sort and there will be a button nearby. Hit the button while she's on the vent and she'll get blasted with water. Do so three times and Bob's your uncle.
Blue Tongue Bash
You didn't miss with a single Boulder!

In the level Walk In The Park, you'll be asked to help Shazza fill her canteen. She'll fill it while you fend off the blue tongued lizards. You'll be on a high cliff facing down in first-person view (or Ty's view). There will be a total of five boulders and you have to hit them with your boomerang to send them to the lizards' heads. Defeat all of them without missing and you're golden. A lot easier done than said, to be completely honest.
Bird Burn
Hit Lenny with the Flamerang 15 times

Believe me, you'll already want to hit him with your boomerangs. Just equip your Flamerangs when you do so. This is in the level Lyre, Lyre, Pants On Fire, a level in the third section of the game.
Hot Dingo
Hit Shazza with the Flamerang

Incredibly easy. Almost too easy. First level you'll meet her in is Walk In The Park, more towards the end of the level.
Time Attack Slowdown
Set a best time with the Chronorang equipped.

Pretty easy if you do a cheap trick. Wait until you have all 90 cogs and get the Chronorang from Julias before doing any of the races. The boomerang does not slow down time. You simply just have to equip the boomerang and set a new time. You can try beating one of your own times or set a new one on a new race. I waited until the very last race to do this as I stated previously I didn't leave a level until I was forced to.
CY Lives
Watch the secret ending

Just gotta beat the game with 100% and it should play automatically after the credits roll.
Breaker Living
Get 9 lives

Very easy. Not a difficult game to play so stacking lives should be fairly easy. Will more than likely come naturally.
Game Over, Man!
Run out of lives. So sad...

Actually pretty difficult to do naturally unless one boss is really handing it to you. This was actually my last achievement and I started a new game and died in Rainbow Cliffs until I was greeted with a game over screen. To be honest, I didn't even know there was a game over screen, even when I was little and played this on PS2!
Take that, Leech!
Bite a leech.

This will be obtained in the level Walk In The Park, after the water slide sections. I've included a picture of what they look like in-game as well as when they're bitten. Honestly just came naturally.
Just Say No
Say no to a friend asking you to help. Bad Tissie Tiger!

Not sure what a tissie is but I digress. Simply say no when given the option to help a friend.
Boomerang King
Get all the boomerangs

Kind of a tougher one only because this requires collecting all 90 golden cogs. They do not include the elemental rangs (Flamerang, Frostyrang and Zappyrang) or the final rang, the Doomarang. After obtaining the Chronorang, you should get this, along with the achievement for getting the Chronorang.
Not Your Proudest Moment
Die in Rainbow Cliffs

If you got this naturally, I'm terribly sorry. Simply jump off the cliffs four times and you'll get it.
Leave a Message
Listen to Dennis' answering machine

After you escort Dennis to his cozy little home, you'll find his "answering machine" is really his mailbox. Picture provided to show where exactly, although I doubt anyone will have trouble finding it.
Super-Turkey
Get a thunderegg from a turkey using a super bite

Actually took me some time to remember how to perform a super bite. You have to have gotten at least 100 opals and it should say 1 (or 2 if you have 200 and 3 if 300) on the opals thumbnail in the top right corner like so:

Then all you have to do is hold down the bite button and Ty will get all strange looking and upon release, launch himself forward. All you have to do is make sure forward is the turkey.
I was this far away when it worked for me. Just take your time and figure out how close you can get before he takes off. Good luck!
What Big Teeth You Have!
Defeat 200 enemies using your Bite

Fairly easy grinding achievement. Came pretty naturally for me. Literally just chomp your way through all of your enemies and it's yours.
Tesla Time
Defeat 75 enemies with the Zappyrang

Thought I was going to need to grind this one out but if you actually just equip it while you're on your way to Boss Cass, you'll get this no problem at all.
Nice and Toasty
Defeat 100 enemies with the Flamerang

Another grinding one, just equip the Flamerang and go to town.
The Ashes
Burn 50 Cricket Bats

Cricket Bats first appear in the level Bridge On The River Ty, and require you to bite them twice to defeat them. Or you could hit them with your Flamerang twice for a bit of a quicker kill. There's a good amount in this level and there's also a pretty decent amount on your way to Boss Cass as well. This is what the enemy looks like that you're trying to tackle.

For the Super-Turkey, you can also hit the turkey with the Chronorang, which will make him slower and per se, easier to target

Was this updated with the hardcore achievement(s)?

If someone could actually tell me how to get extra lives for the Breaker Living achievement that would be great...

The portal for the picture frames will only pop up in Rainbow Cliff once you've gathered all collectibles. Just a thoughtful tip! :Myflight:

For the Super-Turkey achievement, using the freezarang to solidify the turkey in place before building up your chomp makes it much easier.
