lol sorry I misunderstood your question, the mod for the map is a "better political map".

Oh no I understand its not the mod causing this....the AI is...just....Why!? XD I just wanted to know what mods you where using because it seemed to change the map and make it look nicer.

I've only been using mods that do not affect the gameplay directly, except "DiDay's Common Units of WW II". The other one are a better political map and images for tech tree. So there's not really mods for this to happen lol it's just the AI acting weird.
