I thnink... need add lightly bus station. so add light funtion.
밤에 확대를 하면 사람들이 잘 안보여서 조명을 추가하였습니다

I use NEP2 and TMPE mod (not traffic ++)
I recommend use TMPE mod. traffic ++ mod not support 1.6 citis skyline(i know that)

I use TLM and water and electricity are connected. What are the required mods and assets?

if not bus come, check load on bus station and power and water and bulid bus cargo. if you use IPT mod, trun off and use TLM mod.
IPT mod not work dissaster dlc.
